Stroke

A stroke can have devastating repercussions, not only for the individual who has suffered the stroke, but also for their family and loved ones. There are lots of short-term and long-term factors to consider, particularly in terms of the extra support required to meet the individual’s ongoing needs.

Our team at Greenwood Homecare provides many different types of post-stroke assistance. Specialist carers are available to help to encourage and safeguard important activities such as eating, drinking, communicating effectively, and supporting individuals as they undergo Speech and Language Therapy.

This ongoing physical and emotional support enables our clients and their families to maintain a high standard of well-being and quality of life.

If you would like to discuss your situation, or if you have any questions about this service, we would love to hear from you. Call us today on 01733 808531.
