Emma divides her time between the office and the community. She conducts all care assessments, and writes the care plans. She then works with clients on a continuous basis to ensure that their care plans are kept up to date and accurately reflect their needs.
She also works closely with the carers, providing support and guidance to them, and answering any on-call emergencies that might occur.
Outside of work, Emma is a busy mum of two kids, and loves taking them to the zoo, and on holiday when she gets a break from work.
