Shantoy conducts the end-to-end recruitment processes for all three branches. She has a talent for unearthing empathetic individuals who take pride in what they do, ensuring that the right people join the team.

She always works to maintain a suitable number of new joiners, carefully managing the recruitment pipeline to support the ongoing needs of each branch and uphold high standards of care.

Home Assessment

We will agree a time to come and visit you in your own home. We will take the time to fully understand your care needs, and provide recommendations as to what type of care is required.

Care delivery

Once agreed, we will begin to deliver the care. Whether hourly, live-in, or night care, we will endeavour to deliver the best possible care.
