Sophie manages the rosters for Grantham, working with the carers to ensure that they are allocated their desired hours and working with the clients to ensure that their preferred carers attend each week. She works closely with both teams to make sure everything runs smoothly and consistently.
It can be a jigsaw puzzle, but Sophie loves a challenge. She enjoys bringing all the moving parts together and takes pride in creating rotas that work well for everyone involved.
