Home Care Services in Werrington
Werrington enjoys the best of old and new. Originally a village in its own right, it’s now a suburb of Peterborough, lying approximately four miles north of the city centre. The population may have grown from 704 in 1901 to a respectable 14,800 nowadays, but you could still be fooled by Werrington’s rural charm, particularly in the traditional old village.
Alongside the pleasures of village life, Werrington’s residents enjoy the benefits of an ever-expanding community. The Werrington Centre is a bustling area for shopping and eating, while locals can take part in cricket and badminton clubs, alongside a monthly local history group. With so much on your doorstep and just a stone’s throw to Peterborough town centre, you’ll never be bored in this area.
