About us
Who we are and our valuesGreenwood Homecare was born out of a belief that there had to be something better out there for elderly and vulnerable individuals in the local community. We’re committed to hiring the most caring carers to provide the best possible service to individuals in need, raising the bar for home care in Peterborough, Grantham and Cambridge.
Aside from ensuring our carers are fully trained and rigorously checked, we look for something extra in our staff. Our carers are devoted to going above and beyond for their clients, following detailed care plans that are constantly updated to match the needs of the individual.
Although we work hard to ensure every client need is met, our care visits are far from transactional. Our carers take pride in providing individualised care that truly benefits the service user. No need is too small to be noted, and we believe in going the extra mile to ensure our clients know we care. We take a personal approach, and our inclusive culture can be felt in our offices and with each carer that represents us. We know our carers and the clients they serve by name, and the door of our local office is always open.
Everyone at Greenwood has experienced working as a carer, and we believe our community ethos of all mucking in together makes us better able to cater to the needs of our clients. If you’re looking for a personalised, dependable service from carers who truly care about their clients, we’re waiting for your call.
