Greenwoods has been providing care at home for my disabled father for a few years now. The team attending are top-notch, very caring and it shows. My dad has four calls a day as he has mobility and personal needs. The contact with the office is great and they are always willing to bend over backwards to make changes to the needs and provide ad-hoc assistance where necessary. By being assisted at home, this means dad is able to live out his last days in the comfort of his house with mum and not be in an expensive care-home that would deplete their finances within 12 months. I couldn’t recommend Greenwoods Homecare more highly.

Greenwood had been recommended to me so when I was looking for care for my mother they were the first people to contact. They did not disappoint. Lovely, caring people from the Manager’s initial visit to all carers. My mother is very happy with the service they provide and so are we. 5 Stars!

Greenwood has been providing home care for my mother in law for the last 10 months. I am really pleased with the service they offer, they are all professional, caring and understanding of my mother in law’s needs. They arrive on time, complete all tasks efficiently but in a friendly manner and often with humour. Notes are recorded online at the time, and I can access them immediately which reassures me that all is well. On a couple of occasions, an ambulance has been needed, and they have stayed with her until a family member or the ambulance has arrived. If I request any changes to her needs, they are happy to comply and have proved to be very flexible. All in all, I can’t praise them enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot thank Greenwood enough for the care that they are providing for my mother at the moment. They go out of their way to help and even when things are difficult they are always calm and cheerful. The office staff could not be more helpful and are always ready to have a chat with my mum and reassure her if she is concerned about anything or needs any extra help. I hope that one result of the Covid-19 epidemic is that our carers are valued as they should be.
