This is put together in consultation with the client and their family. Once we start the care, we constantly monitor and assess the care plan to ensure it meets the client’s changing needs.
Yes, over the years we have provided care for a large number of children and young adults. We have a large number of carers that focus in this area, and specifically request to work with children. Where necessary, we will also provide training specific to children’s care needs.
