Home Assessment

We take the time to visit you in your own home so we can really understand the type of care you require. This is an opportunity for us to get to know what kind of support you or your loved one needs, as well as to understand their preferences and what they enjoy doing.

From any medical conditions that need specialised care to whether you’d be more comfortable with a male or female carer, we’ll listen carefully to find the perfect match for you.

After meeting, we’ll create a personalised care plan that your live-in carer will follow. We’ll also prepare a full quote, so there are no surprises later down the line.

Meeting Your Carer

Once we’ve found a carer for you, you’ll have the opportunity to meet them before they move in. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have, for example about their past experience or interests, as well as to see if they feel like the right fit for you or your loved one.

Finding the right live-in carer is a big decision and we’ll never pressure you into choosing someone that doesn’t feel right. Our team is dedicated to finding the perfect carer for each individual, creating long-lasting, happy partnerships between the two.

Care Delivery

It can take as little as a week for us to find your perfect carer, who’ll then move into the family home and start delivering round-the-clock care.

For you or your loved one, this should be an easy adjustment, since your routines, lifestyle and surroundings remain the same. Your carer will make every effort to make the process as smooth as possible, learning how you like to do things and adapting to fit your lifestyle.
